SHEET METAL

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is to use the focused high-power density laser beam to irradiate the workpiece, so that the irradiated material can melt, vaporize, ablate or reach the ignition point rapidly. At the same time, the molten material can be blown off by the high-speed air flow coaxial with the beam, so as to realize the workpiece cutting.

ACE BEST produces finished parts and components with smoother surface finishes by laser cutting, and practically burr-free holes and edges through laser cutting, while generating less material waste than conventional stamping processes.

Bending

Under the pressure of the upper die or the lower die of the bending machine, the metal sheet first passes through elastic deformation, and then enters into plastic deformation, At the beginning of plastic bending, the sheet metal is free to bend.

As the upper die or the lower die presses the sheet metal, the inner surface of the V-groove of the sheet metal and the lower die is gradually close to each other, while the radius of curvature and the bending force arm are also gradually smaller. Continue to press until the end of the stroke, so that the upper and lower dies are in full contact with the sheet metal at three points. At this time, a V-shaped bending is completed, which is commonly known as bending.

Welding

ACE BEST have ARC welding, spot welding, laser welding, we will choose different welding methods according to the product requirements.

We are equipped to provide complete assemblies of metal stamped parts and components. Joining together a variety of custom stampings along with laser cut and pressed parts to supply our customers a complete, higher level assembly.

Assembly

Our metal stamping assembly services provide a variety of secondary processes required to provide you with a finished metal part or assembly that is ready-to-use when in your manufacturing process. ACE BEST performs a wide range of finishing operations, which include heat-treating, cleaning, de-burring, riveting, hardware insertion, countersinking, tapping, and other machining operations.

When you have requirements for a specific process that we do not currently perform in-house, we will research the feasibility of adding that process, or we turn to one of our local supply partners.
