Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) Machining is a method used to perform a wide range of manufacturing tasks, which are all carried out by computerized devices. With the help of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Machining (CAM) in the late 1970s, CNC machines replaced the old-school manual machines.
The new CNC machines were able to be controlled by programming language to carry out a wider variety of tasks with greater accuracy. These machines also allow for more automated control, which improves productivity.

Die casting is a manufacturing process that can produce metal parts with complex geometries by using reusable molds. The die casting process involves the use of furnaces, metals, die casting machines, and molds. Investment Casting, also known as a lost wax casting, including wax pressing, repair, group of trees, dip, wax melting, casting, and post-processing processes. Lost Wax Casting is a wax mold made of wax to be cast into parts. Then the wax mold is coated with mud. This is called a clay mold. After the clay molds are dried, the wax molds are melted in hot water. The clay mold of the melted wax mold is taken out and baked into the pottery mold. Once roasted, normally, the mold is made with a gate, from which molten metal is poured. After cooling, the necessary parts are made.
At its most basic level, forging is the process of forming and shaping metals through the use of hammering, pressing or rolling. The process begins with starting stock, usually, a cast ingot (or a “cogged” billet which has already been forged from a cast ingot), which is heated to its plastic deformation temperature, then upset or “kneaded” between dies to the desired shape and size.


Metal stamping is a manufacturing process used to convert flat metal sheets into specific shapes. It is a complex process that can include a number of metal forming techniques — blanking, punching, bending and piercing.
Stamping — also called pressing — involves placing flat sheet metal, in either coil or blank form, into a stamping press. In the press, a tool and die surface form the metal into the desired shape. Punching, blanking, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging are all stamping techniques used to shape the metal.
